Our initial Evaluation fee is $289. This fee includes consultation with the doctor, a complete examination, any needed x-rays, thermography spinal scan, 3-D foot scan, the doctors report of findings, recommendations for care, and your first adjustment. Our office does require a $100 prepayment to secure the appointment. That $100 dollar prepayment will be subtracted from the total evaluation fee and is fully refundable if you provide us 24 hours’ notice before cancellation so we may give your time slot to someone else.

Our office does take insurance, but the 1st and 2nd visit are typically not covered by them. We are only able to bill adjustments to insurance. Please bring your insurance card and driver’s license with you to the office, or you can send both of the documents to us via text message at 724-745-1533.
